GENERAL
- I have the right to decline orders I’m not comfortable working on
- I will post the finished product to twitter and/or my portfolio to showcase the designs, as soon as the designs are sent to you. (if you want this to be delayed to a scheduled date please let me know)PAYMENTS
- all commissions must be paid in full prior to the service.
- a surcharge will be applied to cover service fee's through vgenREVISIONS
- no revisions are allowed for skeb style commissions
- only 2 major revisions are allowed (wanting revisions made 7 days after commissions are sent will have to be paid for depending on the complexity, I can be flexible.)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- i have 3 – 4 weeks to finish your commission after I started working on it (not including time it takes for clients to reply)
- i do not do rush orders
- once the project is finished, you will receive your finished assets via email or google drive link sent to your emailUSE
- the client may use the finished product for streaming specific commercial purposes or other social media with proper creditREFUNDS
- a partial refund is given depending on the level of completion if you wish to cancel after i have started working on your order
- a 100% refund is given if i have not started on your commission and you wish to cancel
- no refund is given after the work is complete and sentCOMMUNICATION
- you will get updated progress (WIP's) in the mean time for your commission and ask for any changes needed etc.
- communication for the commission will be done using email only, so please provide your email address
For vgen users: vgen direct messaging will be usedYOU MAY NOT
-resell the product as your own work or gain in profit from it by selling if you have no paid for the rights for commercial use
- take credit for my work.
- edit my work in any program
- steal my preview/showcase pictures of my work to post for yourself on your accounts. please ask before doing so.
